Baby Name Finalist – your thoughts?

So our second son is due June 23rd and we’ve narrowed it to two first names.

They are Calvin and Owen. If it’s Calvin the middle name will be Elliot, but we have yet to find a middle name for Owen.

What’s your preference? And what should the middle name be for Owen?

    Owen Robinson Gentry?

I like both options that have been presented.

I think it’s pretty obvious that the middle name should be John either way . . .

Owen John or Calvin John – makes sense, right?

    -Angela :)

  3. I kinda like the ring of Eli and Owen- of course Owen is Logan’s best friend in CA (Calvin was one of their tops too!!)- his middle is Nathaniel not that you want to copy…. I do think Robinson is kind of a cute option as a middle. Do you have any good family names to put with?? Do you not like Owen Elliot?? That’s kinda cute too….

EEEKKKKKK- one more month!! Hugs to Amber & Eli!

I think Hermann would be a good option for a middle or first name. I would allow you to use that wonderful name.

For Owen middle name, I pick Owen Oliver Gentry. I love symmetry. “OGO” His initals would be great for monogramming. Just like Elijah Hudson Gentry. “EGH” Great symmetry. Owen Robinson Gentry does sound pretty impressive. We love him whatever his name – Calvin or Owen!!
Elijah is adorable – cute pix!!!
Love U – from “CG -crazy gran”

I have another middle name suggestion: Owen Taylor Gentry since you used the Hudson for Eli.

I vote for Owen Robinson Gentry…if you name him Owen. But “Baby Calvin” sounds so cute, that my vote goes to Calvin!

We love you guys and can’t wait to meet the newest Gentry!
